Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is uniquely produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll gladly make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, please contact us at help@shopmoment.us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage (and, for issues affecting multiple items, a photo showing all affected items together)

Please note that minor variations in print placement (within 0.5 inches) are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we can arrange a reshipment at your expense. Please double-check your address before ordering.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
